If you’re an Institution member on a mechanical engineering apprenticeship, you can apply for a grant on a variety of grounds.
Our grants can help you, if you're an apprentice, by:
Easing a financial need, especially if it was unanticipated
Paying for equipment that’s vital to your apprenticeship
Helping if you have disability related costs or additional disability needs
Lightening your load if you’re a mature apprentice (aged over 24)
Assisting with a change of circumstances that adversely affects you
