We have designed this course to help engineers wishing to gain a practical overview of Lean tools and techniques.

Lean focuses on orientating people and systems to deliver a continuous stream of value to the customer and eliminating waste and deficiencies in the process. 

This course will help you make good progress with any Lean journey.
