I hate this tire center only because I get rude service from 1 service individual name Dan. My family has multiple cars and we replace tires here for the good price and warranty. I am fine with other associates but every time I get service from Dan, it is rude and confrontational (unnecessarily). I think he may not realize it. For example, today I came to the counter to get my vehicle after it was done. He asked if I have the paperwork. i thought he just needed to know which car so I pointed at the document with my name on it on the counter. Dan blurted out "I can't just give it to you sir". I don't remember the specifics but on previous occasions, I find him often on the attack mode trying to say I can't do this or that, instead of informing me what he need to give me the service. I would like an opportunity to talk to his manager to give my inputs but they are so busy at this location at all times. anyway, I hope this improves somehow.

Super helpful guys that work here , with great deals. Call and make sure they have the tire you need, before you wait a long time for no reason

They are understaffed but the lady does her best to keep up and show kindness to everyone. I have been sitting here in their waiting room for the past 1/2 hour. I find that some customers have been impatient. If there is only one person at the counter, be kind and wait patiently. This lady is working as fast as she can and she is very kind. Praise the Lord! Sometime it seems that kindness is hard to come by.

Got Michelin Super Sports put on my Subaru STI in March, then returned after 25 miles to get then retorqued down per the service manager's recommendations. (These have been the best tires I've ever had!!). Fast forward to today, I came in to drop off the car for a tire rotation. After a 2 hour wait, I get a call that it's ready--fantastic! The front desk lady helped me check out and alerted that i had a missing wheel lock lug nut...'that's strange' I thought since they're the only ones to touch the wheels. She called for the service manager to come out, who basically just repeated what she had told me moments ago. When I told him that no one's touched the wheels since it was last serviced here he proceeded to assume maybe someone stole the wheel lock or that I misplaced it when I put a spare on. I was pretty furious at this point, when did I ever say I put a spare on? What part of no one's touched it since it's been here didn't make sense? Why would anyone ever just take 1 wheel lock lug off and how?! I would've appreciated it had they just owned up to the mistake and just said there's nothing they could really do. If I had to put a spare on for some reason, You'd expect it went flat or something if that nature, correct? At which point, I would've taken it to Costco to have it serviced since it's part of the package that I've bought. Now I'm out of pocket $60-80 for new wheel locks and more importantly a bad memory/taste in my mouth when I think of Costco. What a shame.
