Great service on my Nissan Altima. Courteous staff that strive for excellence. I went in for service and ended up trading it in and leasing a new Nissan Rogue!! They gave me a great deal. Seriously. I'm an accounting auditor and they really do a fine job with the numbers. No pressure. No hassle. Nick, the salesman, knows his stuff!!

Honestly, this is one of the best express service departments I've been in. World class customer service from the gentleman named Bruno. He immediately approached me as soon as I pulled up and has done nothing but take care of me. I think it's safe to say I'll always bring my Nissan Cube to get work done here. Thank you Bruno!

I called multiple Nissan dealerships in the area (including this one) and in another state where I will be traveling, to ask what the price is for an oil change. I was asked the model and year of my car each time and given a price range of $35-37 (depending on the location). I left work early to get a necessary oil change where I was told that it would be $65-70. I told Carlos that I was told over the phone that the price was around $37. He still told me that it would be $65-70 because of the year of my car (2017 rogue)...even though I had called the dealership and was told otherwise. I left without getting an oil change, called the dealership where I purchased my rogue and they said it would be $35 plus tax. Will never be back to this Nissan.

I used to come here to get my 2009 Rogue serviced. Been coming here for 6 years... Always very helpful and honest. I recently sold my Nissan on Memorial Day after driving it for 6 years... so I am going to miss the excellent customer service! I highly recommened this place to the buyer so I hope he takes my word for it

The service department will not honor the Nissan warranty. I bought my Nissan Rogue in Ohio and recently moved to Virginia. My car started running rough and then was spitting gas out the exhaust. I took it to Priority Nissan. They told me the car had been filled with diesel. I said it wasn-t and they assured me that their -master mechanics- all agree that it was diesel. I produced the receipt that showed it was filled with regular and showed a picture of the pump that doesn-t even offer diesel. I also talked to the gas station which had no reports of issues. Priority Nissan handed me a sample of the gas from my tank and then said I would have to have it tested to get them to honor the warranty. I have the gas tested. It has no diesel, it shows as gasoline. Now they want proof there were no other contaminants. This has been awful. Update: My repair was covered by warranty after having my fuel tested and 3 mths of navigating through their broken service. A couple of notes for those who choose to go here. They do not explain the process to you. If you are facing a warranty repair you need to drag it out of them, every detail. They did not identify an -approved- tester. They simply mentioned one that they had used. The tester they suggested required a 3 oz sample, Priority gave me 2 oz. If their service staff were better trained this difficult situation could have been better. BTW, my car still isn-t fixed. I will be taking it to a different place.

I visited Priority Nissan of Chantilly, VA again recently and had another great experience with Bruno Zambrana on the Service Team. Bruno and the staff are wonderful to deal with and always take good care of me. I have also bought both a Maxima and Pathfinder here. Good folks to work with and fair.

Abdel Bouydra was very helpful in getting us the right vehicle at a fair price. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our truck was prepped correctly and read for us to pick up. Priority is the 3rd owner of this dealership and is the best by far.
