Automotive service and maintenance staff are always professional, kind and attentive. The two service advisors that I use are Jessie and Preston. Both are really helpful. I've never felt pressured to get unneeded services done. I trust that when I bring my car to Priority Nissan Chantilly, I am getting quality services. Recently, I took my car in a rattling noise. It sounded like something was loose in the bottom of my car. I was greeted promptly by service advisor Preston, who explained evaluation process. Turns out my strut assembly needed to be replaced. What I appreciated most about my service was that Preston took the time to check to see if it was something that my warranty would cover. It actually was covered, I purchased the warranty but had not given any thought to the repair being covered. This is an example of outstanding customer service. Even though I am moving out of the area soon, I will commute back to Chantilly, just to get my car service. A good service department is hard to find. And trust me, I've owned Nissan vehicles in different states and this is the best dealership so far.

Came in to the Nissan Priority in Chantilly, VA for some minor services and a noise I was hearing. Preston Hall and team were very professional with awesome customer service in checking out my car and recommending the best options. I was in and out without my entire afternoon taken up and walked out feeling very positive about my service. Thank you so much.

I was just in this past week for a lengthy warranty repair. Thanks to Jessie & Team for a great job! The service was prompt and techs are very good here. I have had multiple cars serviced here and continue to do so. The staff are friendly, pricing is fair and reasonable and I rely on this dealership's expertise. Well done.

Purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and was misled regarding the mechanical status of vehicle. During negotiations, we were told that the vehicle passed inspection and no issues were found. Also was told vehicle had been serviced regularly by previous owner. A week later, the check engine light came on and we took the vehicle to dealership and was told the vehicle had not been serviced since 2014, it needed a brand new battery, spark plugs had never been changed, and it had an oil leak from a gasket that needed to be replaced and a few other things. In all, we were quoted around $4,000.00 for work. I am very disappointed with this experience with Priority Nissan. Either the service techs are not good at their job or we were intentionally lied to. I would not recommend this dealership to family/friends. Very bad position to be in around the holidays. Update: I would like to thank the Manager, Allen for reaching out to us and working with us to assist in the repairs for the vehicle. This was very much appreciated as it is so close to the holidays. I am impressed and satisfied that they did what they could to rectify the situation. Thanks again!

I purchased a leaf from them. Love the leaf. Happy with John O. The sales rep. Happy with the deal I got. Very UNHAPPY I was assured their quick charger always works. Provided I drive several miles and the car is electric I need the charger daily as I mentioned before I purchased it. It has been broken for 4 months now. I-ve called, I-ve complained, never fixed it. Nissan is hurting themselves by not insisting these dealerships have a working Quick Charger at all times. I get a day to a week to fix it, but months? I-ll be buying my 2017 leaf elsewhere due to this issue and their lack of service.

Absolutely outstanding. From the time I drove in and was met by Jenny Harbin the service was outstanding Jenny listened to the service that was needed, kept me completely informed as to my car' service and timing provided with a clear understanding of the service progress. I visited Priority Nissan of Chantilly, VA again recently and had another great experience with Bruno Zambrana on the Service Team. Bruno and the staff are wonderful to deal with and always take good care of me. I have also bought both a Maxima and Pathfinder here. Good folks to work with and fair.

Abdel Bouydra was very helpful in getting us the right vehicle at a fair price. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our truck was prepped correctly and read for us to pick up. Priority is the 3rd owner of this dealership and is the best by far.
