Great dealership with great sale people. I came in looking for a car and Calvin did a great job showing me what I wanted and kept me with in my budget. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car to try here first. Not to mention Nissan's awesome warranty program. Thanks Calvin!

This place was so much easier to work with than other dealerships I've been to. I was greeted with professionalism by Carlos who was skilled at making it clear of exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Carlos made it easy to help me decide exactly what I should do with my vehicle regarding the urgency and importance of the services it needed. The overall environment was friendly, the waiting room was nice, and they performed the services I needed quickly.

I had a great experience here. Carlos did a wonderful job on telling me what my car needed and did so in a speedy timely manner. He was honest. Excellent service I will recommend Priority to friends and family and will be coming back again soon !

They refused to honor their written promise of free tire rotations after I purchased new tires from them last fall. They said there were no notes in the system indicating any promised free tire rotations. I then pulled out my invoice/receipt from the fall which specifically states I would receive a number of free tire rotations as part of my purchase. The service specialist and the manager both said they still wouldn't or couldn't honor it. I was told that the previous service specialist who promised the free tire rotations as part of the tire purchase has since been fired for overpromising stuff to customers and the the service department will not honor any of the offers and promises she made to customers. So buyer beware - the service department feels comfortable reneging on any warranties or promises by employees if others later decide it was too generous. I may return for the free oil changes but I don't plan on having any future service work done there - it's hard to trust them to stand by any promises or warranties they make about their work. I had a good experience when I purchased my car a few years ago (4.5 stars worthy), and everyone in the service department has been nice, but after today's service experience it averages to a 3.

Automotive service and maintenance staff are always professional, kind and attentive. The two service advisors that I use are Jessie and Preston. Both are really helpful. I've never felt pressured to get unneeded services done. I trust that when I bring my car to Priority Nissan Chantilly, I am getting quality services. Recently, I took my car in a rattling noise. It sounded like something was loose in the bottom of my car. I was greeted promptly by service advisor Preston, who explained evaluation process. Turns out my strut assembly needed to be replaced. What I appreciated most about my service was that Preston took the time to check to see if it was something that my warranty would cover. It actually was covered, I purchased the warranty but had not given any thought to the repair being covered. This is an example of outstanding customer service. Even though I am moving out of the area soon, I will commute back to Chantilly, just to get my car service. A good service department is hard to find. And trust me, I've owned Nissan vehicles in different states and this is the best dealership so far.

Absolutely outstanding. From the time I drove in and was met by Jenny Harbin the service was outstanding Jenny listened to the service that was needed, kept me completely informed as to my car' service and timing provided with a clear understanding of the service progress. Jenny was absolutely exemplary in her customer care and service. Jenny exemplifies the outstanding customer service at Nissan and by the tire service team . Jenny and the Nissan team are 5����

I visited Priority Nissan of Chantilly, VA again recently and had another great experience with Bruno Zambrana on the Service Team. Bruno and the staff are wonderful to deal with and always take good care of me. I have also bought both a Maxima and Pathfinder here. Good folks to work with and fair.

Abdel Bouydra was very helpful in getting us the right vehicle at a fair price. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our truck was prepped correctly and read for us to pick up. Priority is the 3rd owner of this dealership and is the best by far.
