I had my tires replaced, serviced and the technicians provided me with an overall review of my 2017 Ford Escape. The car is a lease so I like to know where I stand before I turn it in 12 mo. from now. From start to finish I had a great experience. David Firenze at the service desk was extremely efficient and kept me posted on all updates throughout my visit. His knowledge of tires and parts made the process seamless and hassle free. I will definitely be going back to this Burdick Dodge location again. Highly recommend.

I worked with Steve and Hector a few months ago on the purchase of my brand new Dodge Charger, and I couldn't be happier about my experience. The staff was astoundingly friendly, personable, easy to work with and not pushy in the slightest bit. I had just been worked over by a used dealership, so I was in a VERY tough spot. The fine folks at the dealership made my life easy, working with me and getting me my dream car. While I'm hoping this car lasts me for quite some time, there's no doubt I'll be coming back to purchase my next Dodge when the time comes.

Burdick sold me a certified vehicle that was defective. In total, I will have lost 6 weeks before I am able to use the vehicle and have the capability for which I am paying. After over a week of trying to communicate with the dealerships involved and Dodge, I still do not have the capability that I am still paying monthly payments towards. I also do not have a firm date when I will be able to pick up the vehicle. Based on my experience I will never purchase a used vehicle from Burdick again. While it is possible that this was a mistake, they have made zero effort to correct the mistake and now I am out a lot of money and time. I have no choice at this point other than to not trust their processes and sales team and I will advise anyone looking for a vehicle to avoid Burdick. Update: Drivers Village was NOT in consistent contact with me until two weeks into the problem. Initially they placed all burden of responsibility onto another dealer. The vehicle was NOT in good working order when it was sold. The transmission problems were hidden when I test drove the vehicle because it was warmed-up. I immediately noticed the problem the morning after purchase when I drove the vehicle after it had sat for a few hours. They have NOT helped to solve my transportation problems which they caused by failing to identify the problem. I purchased a truck specifically to transport items using the capability to tow and have a cargo bed. The rental vehicle provided is a Chevy Cruze which provides none of the capabilities of the truck.

Derek at Dodge was amazing! He listened to my concerns about my car and he has done everything possible to make my buying experience amazing. He's full of personality and he gives off great energy. If you are looking to come into Dodge then ask for Derek Muller, he is the best they have to offer!!
