While I haven-t purchased a vehicle from these guys yet, I worked with Carlos Bonds on a Miata. It was the most pleasant car dealer experience I-ve had, it was refreshing to work with a car salesman who shared the same passion for sports cars. Great to work with, from my impression you won-t go wrong.

This has been a horrible roller coaster of a purchase. Before I purchased my car I met with Laurie in finance. We went over the paper work everything was signed. She made a phone call and any pricing issue was cleared up. I have had my car for over a week and I get an email about they accidentally undercharged me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If there was a issue it should have been cleared up before I left with the car. It's bad business to try to correct a issue after a week has passed. Now they have decided to hold my registration hostage until I pay for their error. I'm looking into returning my car. It's so unfortunate because I should be enjoying my new car.

Brian, Laurie and Matt are absolutely incredible and I can-t recommend them highly enough. I walked in without a plan and no idea what I wanted, and ended up leaving with the perfect car. Not only that, they made the entire process as quick and painless as possible - so if you-re on the fence about which dealership to try, give this one a shot- you won-t be disappointed. ??

I had a great experience purchasing my first new car with the help of Wally! He was incredibly patient, honest, and knowledgeable about the CX-5 that I was interested in. He explained the different trim packages and showed me both used and new versions of the car- the dealership has a great inventory. I-m so excited about my new car and feel like I got a great deal as well. If you-re interested in buying a Mazda, definitely go see Wally and the team at Brown-s Chantilly!

Great service department! The sales department was "classic" new car sales, high pressure and unwillingness to negotiate. Purchased same new car (not the test model they were trying to sell to me) from the Fairfax location for a better price and all the small request of floor mats that I ben included.
