I recently purchased a certified, pre-owned Mazda 6 from Brown's Chantilly, and the experience was exceptional. The sales associate I worked with was John Gutierrez, and I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a Mazda. John is a very personable guy, and made me feel completely at ease during the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the features and specifications of Mazda vehicles and was able to highlight the benefits in a straight forward, objective manner to lend credibility to his information. He was open to help in any way, but was in no way overbearing or pushy as some car salesmen tend to be. He was able to get the price I was seeking and was very efficient during the sales closing process. And even after the sale was completed, he went out of his way to make himself available for any questions or concerns. It was one of the best car purchase experiences I ever had.

The whole shopping experience was nice. People like Michael, Bryan and Charlie were were friendly and reasonable. I wanted to stick to Browns at Chantilly since I have had a lot of good experience with this dealership the last time I bought. Their servicing is also top quality and everyone there is very helpful.

Didn't provide all parts that were supposed to be part of a new car. Tried to deliver car with a coffee cup mark on the roof. Feign knowledge about how easy it would be to find replacement tires to the car and turned out to be wrong which almost stranded us. And so much more. I strongly recommend not buying a car here.

Even though the deal didn't work out but Matthew Thomason was more than amazing. He helped me out a lot and i really appreciated it. Definitely recommend him.

Although I haven't purchased a car from them yet, Carlos Bonds has helped me on a couple of occasions to date. I'll be the first to admit that I'm very picky when it comes to car buying but Carlos has been nothing but patient and personable, and not once has he given me the run-around when it comes to pricing. Very honest and a straight shooter and not afraid to tell me why they can or cannot make my ridiculous pricing requests happen. As for service, I work at an auto shop myself and do most of my own maintenance, but I needed to bring my car in to have a software update performed. They got me right in and out, did exactly what I requested, and didn't try to sell me anything else at all - and I hadn't even told them I worked at a shop! They let me know a couple things to keep an eye on and charged me a very fair price for the update. Would absolutely recommend to any Mazda owners.
