My family and I have been taking our cars for major car accident repairs since 1992, and they-ve always done a fantastic job in replacing our cars and making them run like new. In the last three years, I-ve been involved in two major collision accidents in DC and have always decided without hesitation to have my car towed to the Chantilly Auto shop because of all the positive experiences my family and I have had there. Ryan Robert, the owner, is one of the friendliest hardworking business owners I-ve personally met along with my family that is always at his job site overseeing his team and making sure every customer is fully satisfied with their experience. Ryan and his team truly go above and beyond in ensuring your car repair experience is top notch. I highly recommend Chantilly Auto Body shop to anyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop that has been around for over 25 years now, which says a lot, with an impressive state of the art facility.

Helpful, professionally run shop. Everyone I spoke with was nice and actually listened and cared about my problem. I mentioned that the dealer up the street referred me and they helped me no questions asked. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs body work.

I've been here twice. The first time, they did a great job on the car. The second, it looked like one of the techs mistakenly hit the bumper with a tool, chipping away the paint and actually causing damage to the bumper. Upon closer inspection, there were actually 3 dings/paint scuffs that they caused. I pointed one out to the techs when picking the car up, and they immediately buffed it out. However, when getting your car repaired, you shouldn't leave the shop with more damage than when you arrived. 2 stars because they did a great job the first time.

Ryan and his employees were amazing. I had the unfortunate experience of having a new vehicle totaled right before Christmas. His staff kept me up to date and provide great explanations of each of the steps and what I could expect next. Everything was completed on time and updates were provided when they said they would. While they did not complete any work since the truck was considered a total loss, I hope their work is as good as their customer service. This will always be my first choice for auto body work ever needed.

Up front, I know that paint work in a body shop will never be as perfect as factory. I know that matching color on a 10 yr old truck is a challenge. I wasn-t looking for perfection. Just a good job. That-s all. Four times. It took them four times to get the paint right. To be honest, I-m still not completely happy with the work but they wore me out. It started off bad. The estimate was really low and when questioned I was told that since the truck was dirty from the road salt that they couldn-t see all the damage...joke. Then they put an aftermarket bumper cover on that wasn-t properly prepped. When questioned I was told that-s how they are supposed to look. When I got my agent involved suddenly they could sand down the mold press imperfections. There were several runs in the paint. I was told they would be addressed but upon pick up #3 the runs were still in the paint. Contaminated paint booths..I had two separate instances of hair trapped between the base and clear coats. You wonder how it could get past the quality control. The rear hatch window was not aligned properly which caused the window to move up and down really slow. They completely damaged the plastic hatch handle when removing it and then scratched it up so bad that when I complained about all the damage(which they originally denied) they ended up replacing. Bush league. I-m serious when I say this, I don-t think you can get much worse. I-ve had a lot of cars in my life and have had body shop work. This is by far the poorest craftsmanship I-ve ever seen. Don-t waste your time. Go elsewhere.
