Great dealer to "deal" with !!! Bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership. For weeks, I searched and researched the vehicle my wife wanted. I used apps and websites to look up specs, prices, and available vehicles. When I found THE ONE my wife wanted (the hardest part) it was just a matter of finding one to buy. Rick Hendrick Chevrolet had the best deal close to home. Great price, thousands of dollars below comparable ones at other dealers. Got there, and talked to the first sales person I saw. It happened to be one of the (or THE) best sales people at that dealership. (And probably a good radius, judging by all the awards I saw around his desk!) He took me right to the vehicle I asked for, had me test-drive it, then I paid the advertised price, which was very low. He had me on my way much faster than expected! The whole process took less time than it took me when buying cars at other dealerships. And to boot, the vehicle has a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty that covers 100% parts and labor! (It's very common for that type of warranty to cover only 50% at many other dealerships.) The vehicle looks great and the wife loves it !!!

My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service as well as the selection at this dealership. Josh Lawrence, one of the nicest salesman helped us find our dream truck. Very calm, not pressured situation. Jasen, the manager was also very helpful and stuck to his word. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank y-all!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALER. I saw a listing for a car I wanted at this dealership online, so I emailed them to see if the car was still available. Customer service rep Dan called me back the next day and tried to schedule an appointment to come see the car. I work a lot of hours, so I declined the offer and told them I would come in to see the car on my next day off, which was only a few days away. Dan said he would let me know if the status of the car changed, which I appreciated. Within those three days, the dealership called multiple times to confirm my interest, even calling on the day of my visit, about an hour before I showed up. Each time I answered and said I was still interested in the car. When I got to the dealership, I was told by a different rep that the car had been sold days before. Frustrated, I got back in my car to leave, but Dan flagged me down. He proceeded to lie to me more, saying that the car had just been sold (he must not have realized his coworker had already told me he had traded the car in days ago) and then told me he figured I didn't really want that particular car, just anything cheap, which was absolutely not the case. He never did apologize for lying or wasting my time, and was overall very rude . Customer service at this place is horrendous, and even if they had my dream car I wouldn't waste a dime at this dealership.

I bought a car from them almost two months ago and I am not going to lie there were a lot of paperwork problems (not on my part), miscommunications, and frustrations. But Jacob Newman, new general manager of this dealership and Josh Lawrence made it their top priority to get things taken care of soon as possible and promised they would make it up to me for all of the trouble I had gone through. They delivered on that promise. When I say they delivered they delivered. Mr. Newman got me a new key for my car because I was told that there were two and only got one. He paid for the new tax bill I received when they didn't transfer my tags and instead gave me new ones. He fixed the spot on the side of the car free of charge and made sure that the missing piece in the back was ordered and installed. He paid to have my hood fixed where there were a few paint issues. And just for extra measure running boards were put on my car. While it was a long road and there were some frustrating times, the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet more than made up for their mistakes and made sure that I, the customer, was accommodated and happy with my service in the end. I believe that there have been some changes made as far as customer service is concerned and believe me when I say, the customer DOES come first! Thanks guys!

Yasumaily was terrific! So happy to find the truck I wanted AND such a talented and knowledgeable sales person. I appreciated all of the time and effort Jacob put in to making the "deal" work. All of the staff were super personable, approachable and courteous. Wish I could afford to buy another car or truck; I know right where I would be going to secure another purchase. This is not the first time I have dealt with a Rick Hendrick Chevrolet dealership, and it certainly won't be the last!
