I-ve have been a repeat customer with Ultimate for over a decade. Absolutely the ONLY place I will go to purchase my vehicles. I am treated like family here. That-s important to me. The staff and sales associates are patient, pleasant and professional, did I say patient ( I tend to be be very picky). I was recently in a car accident and my car was -deemed- totaled. I was in need of a newer car immediately and GMC came thru with an amazing new 2018 Subaru Forrester! My 2 sales associate treated me like I was a rock star. The GM and everyone involved with the process of owning my new car were SIMPLY AWESOME. Thank you ULTIMATE GMC and ULTIMATE Subaru for an amazing hassle free experience. You have my business and family business for LIFE!!!!

As a daughter of a Buick driver, I'm highly disgusted of the constant back and forth my mother has had getting her car fixed. Then having the service manager tell her, her car isn't safe. That her brakes could have caught her car on fire. Now her own mother won't ride anywhere with her. As a child that angers me so much! Anyway, after having a loaner for about 2 weeks or so, she gets her car and it won't even start. She simply is at her wits end. She just wanted her car fixed.

***parts department only****I work in the auto industry and have to order automotive parts for my job daily .The fact that no one in this parts department ever (1) answers the phone and (2) orders the wrong parts/FORGETS to order my parts ,keeps me away. I stopped using them years ago and now just call Radley -they get it right every time. I've been using Richmond Subaru as well. They offer free delivery up here

If I could give this dealership a zero I would. Let me start by saying that the lack of experience and professionalism from the service department (Matt McCoy and Dave Harris) is astounding. After dropping my Buick Enclave off for a seat motor replacement, the tech struggles to do the job properly and breaks off the button to my seat leaving me without my car for another day. When I go to pick my car up service advisor Matt McCoy neglects to inform me that the same tech that was -frustrated- with my seat and broke the switch also punctured a whole through my leather, severely scratched the top part of my seat as well as the side of my center console. He seems to care apologizes and says he will call me back ASAP. I wait Thursday all the way until Tuesday until I call him and he almost seems surprised that I would like my seat foxed. Instead of taking care of me then he tells me to come in a whole week later. I pick up the car and the repair to my seat is lack there of. I drop my Buick off at the Buick dealer it should come back the way I left it. He says he will talk to his boss and call me back. He never does. So once again I call Matt back and he says he will call me back AGAIN. He finally leaves me a voicemail saying they feel it is good enough. They absolutely refuse to fix my car and put it back in its original condition. I proceeded to call the head of service the very rude and also negligent Dave Harris. He argues with me and eventually tells me he will call me back and I sit here still waiting to hear a response. They have continuously ignored me over and over again while I have patiently waited over and over again. Absolutely DO NOT bring your car to this dealership for if anything goes awry the inexperienced service advisors and Buick GMC refuse to help you and Dave Harris will also fail to deal with you in any way shape or form. I am still confused did I drop my car off at some podunk nameless shop or a certified Buick dealer where professionals should reside?

I had a problem with my GMC I bought from a sketchy dealership, so I came here in hopes of getting to the bottom of my problem with their experts on the issue. That's exactly what I received. These people are amazing, the service center is professional and efficient (Matt is who worked with me). They get issues handled with ease, and at a professional level I haven't seen in a long time.
