My experience purchasing a new car from Mike Brown at AutoNation Honda Dulles we amazing. I went in looking for a car for my daughter and Mike had the patience to test drive multiple cars, both used and new, and helped me determine the best deal for our situation over a 2 month period. I told him we were in no rush to purchase and he didn't pressure me but he provided updates as updates were available. He understood our budget and our requirements and provided many options for us. Once I made up my mind, the process to purchase the car was easy and painless. The finance group was very helpful and the whole car purchase process was pleasant. I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda Dulles and would especially would recommend working with Mike Brown.

I cannot express how satisfied and pleased I am with the customer service and care I have received from AutoNation Honda. I purchased my 2013 Civic brand new about 4 and 1/2 years ago, and the purchasing experience was a breeze. I was helped immediately, nobody tried to up sell me, and the salesman (I wish I could remember his name, he was great) followed up with me every few months for the first year to make sure everything was still working fine with my car. Since buying my car I have had to come in for my regular maintenance, tires, inspections, etc. Every single time I come in I am treated with respect and everything is handled exactly as promised. There is a complimentary shuttle with a friendly driver, and Adam in their Service Dept. is easily the most competent and trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with. He's honest, and if he tells you your car will be ready at noon, it will be ready at noon. The ONE time in 4 and 1/2 years my car wasn't ready exactly when he said, he called me 2 hours prior to the deadline to let me know it was taking a lot longer than expected and explained exactly why. He then apologized and knocked off like $80 worth of services from my bill when this "delay" was only 90 minutes past when he said originally. I could go on and on, but I think I've made it clear: AutoNation Honda is the rare dealership that will not let you down. I won't buy from anyone else as long as I live here. THANK YOU.

AutoNation was a pleasure to work with. I received prompt email response to my online inquiry, the sales associate was knowledgeable and efficient, and helped speed up my trade-in via online application. All in all, buying my 2016 Honda Fit EX took about 2 hours end to end in store because of how efficient and responsive the sales associate was via email. The experience was straightforward and relaxed. I couldn't be happier with the process. And I love my car. ;)

I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda Dulles. I bought a brand new 2018 Honda HR-V EX and I absolutely love it. Rosi helped me with the sale of my vehicle and helped me get the best price possible! She was a great sales associate and I would recommend all of my friends and family to go and talk with her before buying a new vehicle. She also makes really great hot chocolate and she has a great personality! Plus, she doesn't have that pushy sales person attitude, she's very laid back and understanding. I give her 5 stars! For some advice, I would say do your research before buying a vehicle and that's how you'll get the best deal. Good luck!

Truly, one of the best vehicle purchase experiences we have ever had. The vehicle advertised was spotless, and there were no "hidden fees". Wayne Brent was our salesperson, and he was phenomenal to work with. The dealership was wonderful overall and all the staff were courteous and professional. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was...highly recommend!

I purchased a certified used 2008 Honda Accord from Honda of Tysons in February of 2010. After a period of time we noticed some issues with the oil consumption which ultimately led us to bring our car into Honda of Dulles last spring. Haroun Akram was our point of contact during this process, as we decided to find out what was causing the consumption problem. Over a period of months, we monitored that situation, and Haroun was very attentive t making sure that we were able to get to the bottom of the problem. Finally, it was decided that we needed a new engine block which was authorized by Honda. Currently the work has been completed, and it appears that the situation has been resolved. I want to commend Honda of Dulles for taking care of this situation in an extremely efficient way. Haroun was very professional when dealing with my wife and myself, providing information as to the problem at the time. I thank you all for the great maintained job. Well done

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Honda Of Dulles and recommend it to everyone without hesitation. We absolutely felt that our sales agent Dexter and the sales general manager Russell were on our side and doing everything they could to place us in the right car for us. At the right price we could afford for our family. We got an awesome deal and throughout the process it was clear to us that their sole interest was our satisfaction. The customer focus is incredible. Dexter actually talked us away from a higher trim model into one that was more affordable and met our needs the best and quickly. Larry, the finance guy, was patient and knowledgeable and helpful during the paper signing process. Even when there had been misunderstanding about the car, the handling of its and Russellā??s resolution made us even more eager to recommend Honda of Dulles to anyone looking for an honest, friendly car buying experience, with and awesome deal.

Honored price on internet. Most paperwork was done via email so less time wasted at dealer. didn't try to sell me a bunch of add on crap after we arrived. helpful professional. vehicle was ready when we arrived and was the one we had arranged to purchase. when you live a distance from the dealership it is great to have everything go smooth as it did for us. The car we wanted for the price agreed and no hastles.

I had a wonderful experience at Honda. David greeted me at the door, told him what I was looking for and the rest is history. He showed me all the bells and whistles of the Accord, he even programmed my radio stations!!! He was a pleasure to deal with. His manager was a character and a half, story after story, they are both great people. I honestly wish everyones experience could have been as pleasant as mine. I walked out with the car I wanted, at a great price. I've told all my coworkers to go and purchase their vehicles from those 2 guys at Honda!

They were the only dealer from shopping around the entire Saturday that actually had the car I saw online at the same price as the internet. I enjoyed the fact that I did not even tell them that I found it online. They had it at the same 14,999. I looked on Kelley blue book it was about 500 more but that is expected. I appreciate not getting the run around or the back and forth game while trying to get the payment to where we needed. I am pleased to tell everyone I bought my car at Honda of Dulles.
