A lot of the times people take the time to complain about places and people. I don-t waste that time, instead I take my time to say thank you to those places that have great customer service. I am very pleased with This place. I have been going here since I bought my car in 2013. Always come here for oil change or whatever my car needs. The staff is always happy and everyone greets you, I never see anyone walking around there hating their job. Every time I come here I have my kids here, and they make my kids feel welcome as well. They are quick when getting my car done. So thank you to all those hard workers. Keep up the good work!

Excellent people, I almost go there everyday to charge my Nissan Leaf which I bought from them last year! The charger works like a charm and always available for me to charge. Great service and very friendly sales guys. I would strongly recommend talking to these guys if you are planning to buy a car. On 1 instance I had to get the car repaired for warranty they went ahead and cleaned the car and made it look new. All in all great team of people.

My car was running great since the time I bought, and it was due for service. Too it to Browns nissan. I gave my car for oil service and general service, after 300 miles the oil drain bolt came off while I was driving. Got the car towed to their service and got it fixed. I was happy. And then slowly the issues started showing up. They promised me that they will fix everything and later got to know they hardly did anything. Now they me my car had met with a Collison and they can't do anything about it!! They completely ruined my car.

So many negative things to say. But will say this, they worked hard at fixing the customer service issues they have. However, I wish they were proactive and not reactive at creating a permanent customer service orientated car buying experience.

Prices advertised online are false to get you to the door. I drove all the way from Maryland yesterday to find out the hard way the real price for the car I was looking at was 4k more than the advertised price (before even adding taxes, service fee, freight, etc). They claimed price advertised online is ONLY for military and recent college graduates but the disclaimers and small print do not say this online AT ALL. I do not appreciate dishonesty, specially after I had e-mailed time and time again to confirm pricing and additional costs. The one positive of this deal was meeting Emmy, one of their staff members who showed us the car. He was kind, attentive, polite. I wish he was working somewhere else as the poor thing had to witness us get very upset and disappointed at the dealership's ethics. Stay away. Bait and switch. Prices online not accurate.
