Excellent people, I almost go there everyday to charge my Nissan Leaf which I bought from them last year! The charger works like a charm and always available for me to charge. Great service and very friendly sales guys. I would strongly recommend talking to these guys if you are planning to buy a car. On 1 instance I had to get the car repaired for warranty they went ahead and cleaned the car and made it look new. All in all great team of people.

Prices advertised online are false to get you to the door. I drove all the way from Maryland yesterday to find out the hard way the real price for the car I was looking at was 4k more than the advertised price (before even adding taxes, service fee, freight, etc). They claimed price advertised online is ONLY for military and recent college graduates but the disclaimers and small print do not say this online AT ALL. I do not appreciate dishonesty, specially after I had e-mailed time and time again to confirm pricing and additional costs. The one positive of this deal was meeting Emmy, one of their staff members who showed us the car. He was kind, attentive, polite. I wish he was working somewhere else as the poor thing had to witness us get very upset and disappointed at the dealership's ethics. Stay away. Bait and switch. Prices online not accurate.

Excellent customer service! From the moment i walk in the door everyone was very polite. Mr. Claude Bukasa was outstanding. Every question that I had he had the right answer. I asked him a lot of questions. He knew exactly what i was looking for and make sure i drove away that day with the car i wanted. Browns Dulles Nissan went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. In the end I could not have more happier. From no on next time i need a car i will be coming right here and i will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a used or new car.

Andrew in service has always taken great care of my two cars. I'm always able to get a convenient appointment and my cars are serviced in a timely manner. The prices for services are fair. The waiting room has free wifi and delicious hot chocolate.

I have purchased two vehicles from Brown's Dulles Nissan, the first one was fine but the second purchase was a very bad experience. We made a deal for a pre owned SUV in which they would replace the visor for the driver and get me all weather floor mats, this was back in October. We are now in February and the things haven't been replaced/delivered yet and now they have stopped all communication with me. Since November I've stopped by, called, emailed and nothing. I even contacted the manager, Jad, and I was ignored by him as well. I know those things probably are just a couple hundred dollars so it's not about the money, but about the character and integrity of this place (I have documents that show this so I could take this to small claims court but it's not worth my time). So far I've talked to two sales men, the finances guy, the sales manager and the email I sent to the general manager and nobody replies anymore. If you are thinking of buying here be careful with those promises, as for me I'm taking my business elsewhere, including the maintenance/service. I need to work with a place where your word means something
