A lot of the times people take the time to complain about places and people. I don-t waste that time, instead I take my time to say thank you to those places that have great customer service. I am very pleased with This place. I have been going here since I bought my car in 2013. Always come here for oil change or whatever my car needs. The staff is always happy and everyone greets you, I never see anyone walking around there hating their job. Every time I come here I have my kids here, and they make my kids feel welcome as well. They are quick when getting my car done. So thank you to all those hard workers. Keep up the good work!

Monday I went to see a vehicle, the seller excellent, answered my questions and encouraged me to buy the car. When I went to see the car loan the lender gave me only 1 option and high interest, but that's not all. I suggested negotiating the price of the car and gave my offer, called the manager of used cars and seeing my offer just throw the papers on the table and said curses without even negotiate or try to explain why I could not negotiate the price. Bad experience I do not go back to that place

Excellent people, I almost go there everyday to charge my Nissan Leaf which I bought from them last year! The charger works like a charm and always available for me to charge. Great service and very friendly sales guys. I would strongly recommend talking to these guys if you are planning to buy a car. On 1 instance I had to get the car repaired for warranty they went ahead and cleaned the car and made it look new. All in all great team of people.

Having been looking into getting a new car recently, I was struggling to make a decent decision. After having visited Will Weaver over at Brown's Nissan, I was introduced to a Kia Forte and a Nissan Versa that were both to die for. While I was unable to make a solid decision on the fly, Will helped ease us into making what I believe was the right choice. He had all the necessary information we needed and was able to provide it to us very quickly at every turn. While I felt that we were becoming a headache to Will, he assured us at all times that he understood the conundrum we were going through and did everything to make sure that this was a stress free scenario. In the end, we opted to go for the Kia Forte after requesting information regarding the Warranty that was given to us in a prompt and professional matter. Having concluded our business, Will agreed to let us bring the vehicle in on another day for a separate inspection and gave us some absolutely fantastic service. While I was skeptical about getting into a new car because of the process from A to B being a nightmare, Will really made it easy, fun and exciting for us to make a final choice. All and all, it was a great day at Brown's Nissan and another customer left happy and satisfied. Thanks again, Will!
