I wanted to give a heartfelt "Thank You" to Sarah and Stan. My mother was stranded in 90 degree heat, 100 miles from all family on June 21, 2018 at 5pm. She has a history of having a heat stroke. We were very concerned for her. I called the jeep dealership but because it was after 5pm, they would not look at her vehicle. I called Nissan and they would not look at her vehicle, as she drives a 2008 Jeep Liberty. Her brakes were locked up and sparking. She could not drive it to get home, or to go to my terminally sick Uncle's house. This trip is very important. My mother is going to visit him because we aren't really sure how much longer he is going to live. Sarah invited us to have the jeep looked at, had the service men do everything possible to diagnose the issue and ultimately helped my mother in every way. She offered information to find a hotel so she would have a safe place for the night. She even provided a loaner vehicle for her to get there. She went above and beyond to help us and should be commended. The next day the jeep dealership wanted us to tow Mom's jeep across the parking lot for service. Stan was very helpful in getting the jeep over there without any extra expense to my retired, fixed income mother. We are so appreciative for all that was done for her. In today's day and age that speaks volumes about their character, and about DARCARS Honda's customer service values. Thank you so much for taking care of my family!

I love Honda of Bowie! I've bought 3 cars from them in 5 years. Rick & Glen took great care of me over the last two! I can't say enough nice things about this place.

I was at this location 28 Apr 2018 roughly around 4 or 5 pm. Upon arrival I voiced to the salesman, Mike Murphy, countless times I was not interested in purchasing today but intended to return on Monday once I had all my affairs in order if we came to terms on a fair deal. I didn't have the greatest experience with Customer Service at this dealership location & some of the practices there made me uncomfortable, such as the "required" signatures on numerous, random documents. At one point after looking at the vehicle, Mike asked me to sign a paper that stated something along the lines of, "If the price is right, you must take the vehicle home TODAY" before even giving me a quote on the car. I questioned the legitimacy of this document because why would I agree to take something home TODAY when no numbers have been discussed? Mike had another gentleman come over, I assume to be a manager, where he joined in on the game of pressuring me to sign this document. Mind you- this was only to receive a quote! After we got past this point, a different gentleman came over & he introduced himself as Chris, the financial advisor. When he walked over to the desk, he said "Look, it's late. I'm tired. I don't want to argue with you. I'm going to give the car to you at this price, take it or leave it. If you feel you can get a better deal somewhere else, go to that dealership." What a way to start a conversation with a potential client, right? Another thing I would like to mention is I was told Mike was an "expert" on car I was interested in, however, the gaps in his knowledge on the vehicle made any type of information he gave me become questionable. Because I felt I was not respected during my time here, I ultimately decided not to purchase from this dealership. The lack of professionalism is clearly shown & the need to make their numbers is highly advertised by the way they treated me. To top it all off, Mike just messaged me today, Wed. 02 May, to ask if I was still interested in the car. If you were serious about the sale, why didn't you reach out on Monday when I told you I would be purchasing? Best of luck to this dealership. If you are in the market to purchase, my experience with Dane & Matt at Honda of Annapolis was literally the complete opposite of what I experienced here. They let me take my time checking out the vehicle, test driving, answered all my questions knowledgably, explained the entire process step by step, and encouraged me to only do what I was comfortable with. Come here instead!
