Was heading to Burke Virginia from Indiana on Saturday when our engine belt broke, no one is open late on weekends and Sunday is out of the question, had our vehicle towed to the nearest Nissan dealership on Monday which was Leckner Nissan. They opened at 7am and we called at 7:01. Customer service was fantastic, they got our vehicle in right away, accessed what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. All the while keeping us informed. Thank you Bill Smith in the service department, you were kind, understanding and wonderful. No stress at all. We can now enjoy the rest of our vacation, family and grandchildren. We had to deal with the extreme heat, insurance company and it was very nice to be made very comfortable and welcomed. Very happy!

I've been bringing my car here for years for oil changes. Their service staff is always really friendly and fun to work with. Kristen the service advisor is one of the best! I just bought a used Truck from Avery here as well. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. Great guy to work with and super friendly and accommodating. He was always smiling when I came in for my oil changes with my last car and more the happy answer questions when I walked the lot while waiting. So happy to finally buy a truck from him!! I would recommend this dealership. Go see Avery in sales for your next vehicle or Kristen in the service department if you need service! You won't be disappointed.

I'm updating my review because, after another trip to Leckner Nissan, I was able to get the $350 they owed me. I'm not giving them 5 stars because I had to work very hard and fight with another manager before I finally got to speak with the GM, Buddy. Buddy was extremely nice and was able to fix the issue in 30 seconds. His sales managers could learn something from the way he treated me. Take my advice and just speak to the GM immediately instead of wasting your time and energy with the sales managers. They are a waste. _______________________________________________________ 1 Star On the day of the sale in April 2018, everything was great. They gave me a great price, including a student discount, and offered to give me $350 to pay off the last month of my current leased vehicle. Three months later and I still do not have the check for $350 to pay the last payment of my lease. I stopped at the dealership about 3 weeks after the purchase and Tyler, the finance guy, told me it would be coming. On June 5, I spoke to the sales manager, Mike, and, after looking in the system, said he would get it cut and sent out immediately. It is now July and I've left voicemails for different sales managers with no response from them. Today, I stopped at the dealership and and spoke with a new sales manager since everyone that I worked with to purchase my car has now left the dealership. He told me that there was an issue with the student loan discount I received because I never sent them proof I was in school. He said they have tried calling me over and over again, but I never called them back. Let me be very clear, I never received one phone call from them. He said since Leckner is out $750 because I didn't turn in my school documentation, that they had no money to give me the $350. This is ridiculous. They are two separate issues. It's not my fault they didn't get school documentation from me. The deal is done. I've purchased my car. Part of the deal was a $350 check for my lease. They need to honor that deal. I won't go away on this issue and will take it to whatever level I need to get my money and make them honor the deal.

Calvin was attentive and met everyone of my needs. He was easy to communicate with. I told him exactly what my needs were and what I wanted in a vehicle and how much I was willing to pay and he exceeded my expectations. By the time I got to the dealership, it was a smooth and rather quick process because he had everything set up all I had to decide on was the color of the car. I now have a car that I love!!!! Calvin is the man, I will refer all of my family and friends to him.

This is the last time I will bring my business to Leckner Nissan. Bought my Altima when it was Rosner and when they switched to Leckner I was told I would continue to receive Rosner rewards which gives free oil changes and state inspections for life. Today Iā??m told I have two free oil changes left. I questioned this since it was not what I was told before and I had never been given a count down before. Matthew told me I was only given 8 oil changes and 8 state inspections then proceeded to try to tell me about money running out. I asked for a courtesy shuttle ride and was told to wait in the waiting area. Saw the shuttle come back and leave again so figured someone else had been waiting. After 40 minutes went out to ask what was going on and told the driver had been sent on a delivery in Woodbridge. No one had the curtesy to come out and tell me. This kind of thing happens every time I come here. I havenā??t even gotten to the sales department! I went to look at a Rogue that had been advertised to guarantee to beat your current payment and got the run around for several hours before being told there was no way they could beat my payment. I get at least 30 emails in a row from them and then Iā??m told it was a glitch. Iā??ve asked for them to stop sending and they still come. Iā??m done. They can keep the last two free oil changes.
