Why did you decide to become a Membership Partner with the IMechE?

RWDI have been working closely with the IMechE and their support has been invaluable, especially from the Membership Development Manager. We want to cement this relationship and push forward with more collaborations to create further opportunities for our staff.

How do you envisage this partnership will help your business and staff?

The wealth of knowledge the IMechE has available, and their tremendous support has already paved the way for several of our engineers to become Chartered. This has in turn increased engagement with the teams and allows us to attract and retain the best staff.
