Crucial to the success of your project is the identification of stakeholders and their needs.

This course addresses the challenges of stakeholder management and engagement and provides a series of practical techniques to ensure your project proceeds faster and more efficiently as a result.

The programme is delivered by stakeholder management experts who will provide a practical guide to the application of these tools and techniques.

The course incorporates practical sessions and case studies to ensure you have the opportunity to apply the tools and techniques being presented.

Who should attend?

Project managers, team managers, or personnel in a project assurance or project support role.  Delegates with previous basic knowledge of project management should be able to use the techniques in a live project after the course.

It is expected that delegates will have at least 12 months experience of project management at team or project manager level.
